NWCJOBS.COM  cannot monitor the responses that a person may receive in response to information he/she has displayed on the site. The individual/company would have to conduct its own background checks on the bonafide nature of all response(s).  NWCJOBS.COM  only provide information to the job seeker for the vacancy & to the employer about the candidates. NWCJOBS.COM  never guaranteed any recruiter/ company on the response receive or not receive. It solely depends on jobseeker. We only allow recruiters/companies to advertise their vacancies, we don't guarantee any response of a job post.

We do not cater Placement Agencies and consultancies. Any payments made by Placement Agencies/ Consultancies will not be refunded under any situation

Members acknowledge that NWCJOBS.COM is not liable for any form of loss or damage that may be suffered by a users through the use of the Website including loss of data or information or any kind of financial or physical loss or damage.

Users of the NWCJOBS.COM  must not post content or information that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or that contains sexual, ethnic or racial or other discriminating slurs, or material which contains no relevant or constructive content, which goes beyond profanity into obscenity or abhorrence, or which is otherwise in violation of the law. Users are also prohibited from posting any proprietary information, trade secrets or confidential information. Users may not post any advertisements, solicitations, chain letters, pyramid schemes, investment opportunities, or other unsolicited commercial communication (except as otherwise expressly permitted by us), or engage in spamming or flooding. NWCJOBS.COM  may monitor messages posted and reserve the right to delete portions of or entire posts which violate the above rules, messages, topics that are unrelated to the specific message board on which they are posted, advertisements, recruiting or other commercial messages, and any other post that NWCJOBS.COM  deems in its sole discretion is inappropriate. NWCJOBS.COM  reserves the right to disclose such materials and the circumstances surrounding their transmission to any third party in order to operate its site properly; to protect itself, its partners and its visitors; and to comply with legal obligations or governmental requests.

NWCJOBS.COM  reserves the right to use a variety of methods to detect and address anomalous activity and screen content to prevent abuse such as spam. These efforts may on occasion result in a temporary or permanent suspension or termination of some functions for some users.



Some areas of the NWCJOBS.COM  service require you to register. Payments for the services offered by NWCJOBS.COM  shall be on a 100% advance basis. Refund if any will be at the sole discretion of NWCJOBS.COM  as per REFUND POLICY. NWCJOBS.COM  offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts. NWCJOBS.COM  gives no guarantees of server uptime or applications working properly. NWCJOBS.COM  undertakes no liability for free services.

The Terms and conditions mentioned above regulate the usage of NWCJOBS.COM .. Any person using NWCJOBS.COM   in violation of the stipulations contained in the Terms and Conditions of NWCJOBS.COM  shall render himself/herself liable to appropriate action in a court of law both civil and criminal.

Change of Address: If you change your billing address from an address within the India to an address outside the India, or from an address outside of the India to an address inside the India, you will continue to be under contract with the same NWCJOBS.COM  party for the remainder of the month in which you made the change. At the next month, your contract will be with the NWCJOBS.COM  party identified in the first paragraph of these Terms of Service.
